Accessibility

Stretching Workout is designed to be usable by everyone. Here's how we support accessibility.

Stretching Workout is built so everyone can benefit from daily stretching, regardless of ability. We’re committed to making the app accessible and continue to improve it.

Built-in Accessibility Support

VoiceOver

Every screen is annotated for VoiceOver. You can navigate routines, start workouts, and control the timer entirely with VoiceOver gestures. Workout phase transitions (exercise changes, side switches) are announced automatically.

Voice Control

All buttons and controls have clear labels, so you can say “Tap Play”, “Tap Next exercise”, or “Tap Save routine” to navigate the app hands-free.

Larger Text

The app supports Dynamic Type. Text scales with your preferred text size set in Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size. Large decorative elements like the workout timer are already oversized and remain readable at any setting.

Dark Mode

Full Dark Mode support throughout the app. All screens, cards, and overlays adapt to your system appearance setting.

Reduced Motion

The app respects the Reduce Motion setting. When enabled, animations are minimized.

Voice Guidance

Built-in voice cues guide you through each exercise — what to do, when to switch sides, and when to move on. You can use the app without looking at the screen.

Haptic Feedback

Buttons and interactions provide haptic feedback so you can feel confirmations without needing to watch the screen.

Sound Cues

Audio cues mark exercise transitions and countdowns. You can choose from several sound options or turn sounds off entirely.
