How to do the Band Shoulder Pass-Through
- Stand tall and hold a resistance band in front of your hips with a wide overhand grip.
- Keep your arms straight and slowly lift the band up and overhead.
- Continue the arc until the band reaches behind you toward your lower back.
- Reverse the movement to bring the band back in front of you and repeat.
Tips
- Keep your ribs down and avoid arching your lower back as the band passes overhead.
Adjustments
- Use a towel or belt with a wider grip if you don't have a band.
- Widen your grip or stop at overhead if your shoulders feel tight.
