How to do the Seated Cross Taps
- Sit tall near the front of a sturdy chair with your feet flat on the floor and hold the sides of the seat.
- Keep your left foot planted, then lift your right foot and tap it across in front of your left foot.
- Lift the right foot again and tap it back out to the right side.
- Keep repeating the across-and-out taps at a comfortable pace.
Tips
- Keep the chair steady and your upper body upright.
Adjustments
- Bring the taps closer to the chair for a smaller range.
