How to do the Seated Arm Circles
- Sit tall near the front of a sturdy chair with your feet flat on the floor.
- Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height with your palms facing down.
- Draw small forward circles, gradually making them bigger as your shoulders warm up.
- After several reps, reverse the direction.
Tips
- Keep your shoulders relaxed away from your ears.
Adjustments
- Lower your arms slightly or keep the circles small if your shoulders feel tight.
