How to do the Wall Angels
- Stand with your back against a wall, feet a few inches away, and knees soft.
- Press your lower back, upper back, and head gently into the wall.
- Raise your arms into a goal post shape with the backs of your arms against the wall.
- Slowly slide your arms up overhead and back down while keeping contact with the wall.
Tips
- Keep your ribs down so your lower back stays close to the wall.
Adjustments
- Slide only partway up, or step your feet farther from the wall if contact feels difficult.
